Here, we combine animation and video into a comprehensive, interactive training environment. Endorsed by the U.S. Olympic dive team, this application shows 100+ animated characters in biomechanical postures and plays front- and side-angle videos of athletes performing exercise routines and dives. Coaches use the media-rich interface in diver training clubs and as a training and exercise tool for sports performance enhancement.
